Oliver Cromwell Hotel - March

We liked spending 2 nights here. The property was brilliant with accommodating staff who said she would inform the manager. The location was peaceful and easy, for example, Saint Wendreda's Church was within walking distance of the hotel.

Rooms was spacious, clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Thank you for the nice stay, no complaint. Clean hotel, and the staff were pleasant, location was unbeatable on to the beer garden. I enjoyed fab food.

The Hotel Was warm and the Staff very helpful and friendly. The food was top quality, Breakfast was the best hotel self serve breakfast we have had and the evening meal was exquisite the cheff could not do enough to make sure everything was of the standard he set himself up to everything was fresh and clean. 5 star.

I received a warm welcome as soon as I walked through the door of this hotel. Room was spacious with a balcony and air con which is a novelty. I used the spa, once again pleasant helpful staff and clean facilities. The best for me was the restaurant I had the best sirlion steak for a long time in there this combined with the great service made the stay at this hotel a very pleasant one.

Some of the furniture was slightly tired looking but this was the only thing I could pick up on.

Excellent hotel to stay at! Room was very clean and comfortable and meals were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will certainly be using again!

The staff were very friendly! We arrived at at 2 am and they said, "Go to bed, sir, we'll sort out the formalities in the morning."Even after we checked out, we retunred to use the free internet and no one had a problem with that.

Consider asking for a room with a balcony that isn't overlooking the parking area for a more pleasant view.

It was convenient for my business trip and satisfied my needs for a bed for the night and a respectable meal.

I liked it as I could drive up to my room and park outside I wasn,t expecting my room to be cleaned so that was good as I had been out all day.unfortunatly I never had time to use the pool or gym as wasn,t there .

The only trouble I had was finding it as my satnav does not give me postcodes I googled it on the site but also found this unreliable as it never mentioned it was tucked away at the back but once found it was not a problem.also would have been nice to have known at the time of booking that the payment wasn,t yet taken as this would have been bad if I hadn,t brought my card when leaving.apart from that the staff were very friendly and I will use this hotel again hopefully in very near future.
